Photo-etched tools to apply Zimmerit to WWII German AFV kits. With these special tools, you can realistically recreate the texture of Zimmerit's signature patterns on your WWII German AFV models. Zimmerit, an anti-magnetic coating used between 1943 and 1944, was applied in specific patterns to prevent magnetic mines from being fixed to the surface of armored vehicles. With these applicator tools you can reproduce the Zimmerit patterns in miniature easily, precisely, and realistically. Use A.MIG-2037 Zimmerit Paste for the best results.


Precise design: The teeth of each applicator trowel are spaced in scale according to the original Zimmerit patterns.

Variety of sizes and formats: 9 applicator tools with different spacing to represent the patterns used on different vehicles, from heavy tanks such as the Tiger I and Panther to lighter vehicles such as the StuG III. The variety of shapes include narrow to access tighter areas, and longer tools for larger, more accessible surfaces.

Durable materials: The sturdy applicator combs are made of high-quality photo-etched steel, and will keep their shape after continuous use. This ensures a uniform application of the Zimmerit pattern on your models over time.
