| This set contains 4 high-quality acrylic paints specially designed for painting vehicles of the Imperial Japanese Army during the early stages of World War II, such as the Type 95 Ha-Go light tank, the Type 94 and Type 97 Te-Ke tankettes, and the Type 89 I-Go and Type 97 Chi-Ha medium tanks. These colors (Tsuchi kusa iro: Earth; Tsuchi iro: Medium brown; Kusa iro: Dark green; Kiiro: Faded Yellow) were used both in China and the Pacific islands from 1937 to 1942. This set solves the problems of mixing the correct colors for your models, saving valuable modeling time. This water-based formula behaves like a lacquer and has been optimized for maximum performance with both brush and airbrush. We recommended adding 30 % of Cleaner & Thinner (ATOM-20500) or Cleaner & Thinner Retarder (ATOM-20501). These paints stand out for being self-leveling and quick drying, and for their covering power, making them unique to the market. In addition, ATOM paints are extremely durable, allowing for acrylics, enamels and even hotter modeling products such as decal solutions to be applied over them once dry. These colors are presented in an innovative clear 20 ml container featuring a new cap that can be opened and closed with one hand. These paints are non-toxic and odorless. |
