It is our promise to offer the best products, best service and, most of all, the best communication possible. Even with the best of intentions, things do go astray, and we will make every effort to correct any problem that arises. High volume sometimes delays shipments and responses to questions, but we do our best to respond to your inquiries as fast as possible.

Emails
Every effort is made to answer your inquiries as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and may receive over a hundred emails a day; it takes time to answer each and every one. Please allow up to five business days for an answer.
Our Guarantee: In the event we fail to answer your questions or notify you of a shipping delay in a timely manner (seven business days) you will receive 20% off your order and we will ship it for free.

Our Mail-Order Policy
All complete orders will ship by the end of the workweek in which they are received; this includes any order received by the opening of business on Friday of that same week and the preceding weekend. Most complete orders will ship the same day that we receive them. In the event that an item is out of stock, orders with multiple items are generally shipped right away; any out-of-stock item is then placed on back-order. We keep all back-orders active for 60 days and will send them within that time period automatically without notice. For the continental United States, all shipping fees are paid in full with the initial shipment; all back-orders are then sent without further fees (see below for international shipping). For orders using a credit card nothing will be charged for a back-order until it is ready to ship. If we still haven’t receive the item you ordered after 60 days we will notify you; you may wish to keep the item on back-order or cancel (if you paid with a money order or check we will issue you a refund or give you credit toward a different purchase). You may cancel back-order items at any time or specify not to place anything on back-order when ordering. Please keep in mind that some of the companies we carry are small, independent manufacturers where each set is handmade and painted to-order; this may, in some instances, cause a delay of four to eights weeks (or more) in the shipment of your order. For orders placed via the Internet or by email you will be notified within five business days of the status of you order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing Policy:

We match any price advertised by our competitors (United States only). Send us the Web link, or URL, or a print copy of any current product listing and we will match that price, plus offer an additional 5% discount. Items must be in stock here and at the competitor. Excludes sale items. Matched prices negate preferred customer discounts.

In an effort to provide better service, we have made several changes to our existing return policy. We hope these changes will allow us to serve you, the customer, more quickly and efficiently. We still accept returns of all merchandise in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. We also accept returns of merchandise after 30 days subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns beyond 90 days are not accepted (except for special circumstances, e.g. a Christmas gift purchased in July). However, we do ask that you contact us via email, fax or phone before sending anything back in order to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Layaways
Layaways require a minimum of 30% down and payments every 30 days. Layaways held over 90 days return to stock. Failure to meet these requirements will result in total forfeiture of layaway and all monies paid.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Price changes will generally be quoted at the time of shipping; customers are automatically given the option of returning any item which has been re-priced if they have not been notified in advance.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Continental United States. You will only pay for shipping once; if we are out of any item and it has to be back ordered, we will send it at our expense. You will only pay for shipping once.Shipping rate is based on the original retail price and not on the discount or sale price.

Next Day delivery is available for in-stock items at $ 25.00 minimum per order.
Two-Day delivery is available for in-stock items at $ 20.00 minimum per order.
Three-Day delivery is available for in-stock items at $ 15.00 minimum per order.
Saturday delivery is available in most areas for an additional $ 12.00
