Pricing Policy:

We match any price advertised by our competitors in the USA. Send us the URL or print copy of any product listing from a USA based company and we will match that price plus offer an additional 5% discount. Items must be in stock here and at the competitor. Excludes sale items and on-line stores/auction sites. Matched prices negate preferred customer discounts.

In an effort to provide better service, we have made several changes to our existing return policy. We hope these changes will allow us to serve you, the customer, more quickly and efficiently. We still accept returns of all merchandise in resellable condition within 30 days of purchase. We also accept returns of merchandise after 30 days with a 20% restocking fee. However, we do ask that you contact us via email, fax or phone before sending anything back in order to obtain an RA# (return authorization). Shipping and Handling Rates:

You will only pay for shipping once. The shipping and handing (S&H) charge is credited with the initial shipment and is based on the total of all merchandise ordered; all back-ordered items will then be sent with no further S&H charge. Shipping rate is determined on actual price and not on discount or sale price.

• Western European shipments are charged $ 7.50 handling plus actual cost of airmail postage usually about 25% of total order cost.

• All other international shipments are charged $ 7.50 handling plus actual cost of airmail postage usually about 35% of total order cost.
