Even with the best of intentions things do go astray and we will make every effort to rectify any problem that arises. High volume sometimes delays shipments and responses to questions but we do our best to respond to your inquiries as fast as possible.

Our Guarantee: In the event we fail to answer your questions or notify you of a shipping delay in a timely manner (7 business days) you will receive 20% off your order and we will ship it for free.

Our Mailorder Policy
We have attempted to offer a wide variety of types and manufactures of toy soldiers and figures. We feel our product lines are the best available on the market today. Please keep in mind that many companies whose products we carry are small independent manufacturers and each set or figure is hand made and painted to order. This may, in some instances, cause a delay of 4-8 weeks in shipment of your order. In the event an item is out of stock we will automatically place it on back order and send you a card notifying you that this has been done. With orders of multiple items we generally ship in-stock items immediately. We keep all back orders active for 60 days and will send the item post-free within that time period or refund/credit you at the end of 60 days. If you do not wish us to back order out-of-stock items please notify us upon receipt of our card or at the time you place the order.

Pricing Policy:
We match any price advertised by our competitors in the USA. Send us the URL or print copy of any product listing from a USA based company and we will match that price plus offer an additional 5% discount. Items must be in stock here and at the competitor. Excludes sale items and on-line stores/auction sites. Matched prices negate preferred customer discounts.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE:
Price changes will generally be quoted at the time of shipping, and customers are automatically given the option of returning all goods which have been re-priced if they have not been notified in advance.

eMails
Every effort is made to answer your inquiries as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that we receive over 100 eMails a day and it takes time to answer each and every one. Please allow anywhere from 1 to 3 business days for an answer.

Layaways
Layaways require a minimum of 30% down with payments every 30 days. Layaways held over 90 days return to stock. Failure to meet these requirements will result in total forfeiture of layaway and all moneys paid.

Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii shipments add 5% of total order

Revised Foreign Shipping Rates

Canada and Mexico

Canadian shipments are charged $ 7.50 handling plus actual cost of airmail postage usally about 15% of total order cost.
Note: You will be billed $ 7.50 s/h with your order and actual shipping costs after your package is shipped.

Western Europe

Western European shipments are charged $ 7.50 handling plus actual cost of airmail postage usally about 25% of total order cost.
Note: You will be billed $ 7.50 handling with your order and actual shipping costs after your package is shipped.

Rest of the World

All other international shipments are charged $ 7.50 handling plus actual cost of airmail postage usally about 35% of total order cost.
Note: You will be billed $ 7.50 handling with your order and actual shipping costs after your package is shipped.

Note: Oversized and extra heavy shipments may require additional postage.
