Steve swears the figure is of West Virginia hill stock, replete with recessed chin and cleft pallet. He’s also impressed with the thick mutton chops that flank the pear shaped head and spindly, alien-esque limbs.
Steve pretty much worships any figure in a stovepipe hat so look for more with tall toppers in his future picks.
