We find this figure intriguing because he is carrying a weapon of which we are not familiar. He is a Conté Collectible from the Bloody Omaha series. Admittedly, there were many Allied secret weapons on the beaches of Normandy and this could very well be one of them. This piece of ordnance has the body of a Thompson Sub-machine Gun with the barrel of a M1 Carbine, while its operator has on web gear designed to hold ammunition for the M1 Garand. Very curious.
