This is a 54mm plastic figure by Play-A-Long Toys from their Lord of the Rings series. And of course, this precious little fellow is Gollum and he is depicted doing his happy-dead-fishy dance. This a fantastic series of figures was available for several years but now is getting harder to find – close-out stores and garage sales are now your best bets.
