This is a hand-painted figure from Armies in Plastic. I came to us from an unknown painter from our winter time Michigan Show. As you may know we have a figure painting room for children and their parents (a great way to spend time with your kids, by the way) and unfortunately this little guy was left behind. If it's yours stop by the shop and pick it up. It looks great!
