Boltar. The very name strikes fear into the hearts of civilized man. Though deathly efficient with blade and cleaver it’s his thorough knowledge of all 15 hours of Wagner’s Ring Cycle (and willingness to perform it) that cowers the most stalwart opponent. Boltar, of course, is the viking friend of Prince Valiant, 1930s Sunday comics hero. All but forgotten here in the U.S.he’s still very much beloved in Germany. Janetski Arts produces this particular Boltar in the same size and style as the old plastic Elastoline plastic figures also still popular with many teutons.
