With only one Norman pose commercially available for the ladder I decided to make some new ones. These simple conversions were made by swapping the torso of Archer # 8642 and Archer #8646 and putting them on the legs of the ladder climbing Norman #8832.
Note: The arm with the bow in the top figure was heated under a hair dryer and bent slightly.
