This Conversion requires a little more work. I took the legs from the Elastolin cowboy with the knife (Old Shatterhand Fighting #7541) and cut off the legs. I then took the marching ACW figure and cut it off below the coat. I had to hollow out the body with a dremel motor tool to get the legs to fit in. Note: I used an original damaged pink plastic Elastolin ACW figure and not a kit.

The end result is a totally new marching figure.
I later made castings of the cut-off legs and the ACW torso
so I could make multiple copies for a large diorama.
To make a third marching position I took the legs from cowboy running
with rifle #6976. I had to sand off the fringe on his buckskin pants.
Once again I made resin castings for multiple figures in a diorama.
