The W. Britain is the oldest company currently producing toy soldiers. Established over 100 years ago this company has always been in the forefront of toy soldier production but has faltered over the last several years under poor design and execution under the former owners. Recently purchased by First Gear Inc. The entire range of figures has been redesigned with master sculptor Ken Osen of The Old Northwest Trading Company heading the team charged with bringing a renewed focus and energy to this classic line of figures

This hand finished wooden framed display case in handsome cherry finish includes two sliding glass doors, two plate glass shelves with brass mounts and a beige colored felt back. Two brass hooks on either end make it easy to mount on a wall in your office or den. The shelves comfortably hold one figure deep with the bottom shelf high enough to accommodate the tallest flags and mounted figures in the Redcoats and Bluecoats ranges. The case can easily display about 60 foot figures. Display your collection, keep the dust out and make toy soldiers interesting and accessible to those you live and work with.
