Carolina Miniatures would like to introduce its first vignette, “High-Water Aftermath.” The famous Mathew Brady photograph of the three Confederate prisoners captured at Gettysburg in July 1863 inspired Carolina Miniatures. The detail of their uniforms; their apparent pride and defiance is clearly captured in their poses. The location of the photograph is believed to be on Seminary Ridge near the Lutheran Seminary. The “High-Water Aftermath” vignette contains the three rebels in 54mm spun cast lead free white metal. The breastworks originally made from wood rails are cast in resin. Painting instructions are also included.
