CAM-014 - Artillery Officer with a budge barrel. A budge barrel contained the powder used to fire cannon. The powder came out of a budge barrel and was placed into a pass box which was used to transport the powder from the budge barrel to the gun. Kit comes with resin base and pewter budge barrel.
