MTSC Custom Services Commissioned Dioramas “The Cornfield” Ken Osen was commissioned to build this 1:32 scale diorama for a display at Michigan Toy Soldier Company. The diorama depicts the action in the corn field at the Battle of Antietam. Ken used production figures which he originally sculpted for Conté Collectibles and Britains plus several figures that were converted into all new poses. The corn was custom made by Ken using castings supplied by Ted Deddens of TedToy Miniatures. The scenic details are from Hudson & Allen Studios The piece is 16"w x 10"l x 10.5"h and housed in a custom made acrylic display case.
