Information about store location and hours can found by clicking on the appropriate black buttons located near the bottom of the front page. These buttons also lead to sections containing information on shows, tips for collectors and links to other interesting sites.

LOCATING PRODUCTS
This site is organized by product type. The buttons on the left hand side of the front page show how these products are organized.
Where appropriate, each section is organized by manufacturer. An index organized by time period or by manufacturer can be found in the navigation bar located on the left side of each section. As an example, if you are looking for plastic American Civil War soldiers, clicking on the Plastic Toy Soldier Index button located on the left hand side of the Plastic Toy Soldiers page will pull up a page listing all the companies producing ACW figures. You can then jump to the appropriate company and view their offerings.

VIEWING PRODUCT IMAGES
To view product images click on underlined White Catalog Numbers. If the catalog number is not highlighted in white there is no image currently available.
Products listed in our New Release section contain thumbnail images. Clicking on these images will pull up enlarged images. |
PLACING ORDERS
We currently do not use a shopping cart on this site. When ordering products you must manually enter each item on our secure order form. We suggest you write down each product of interest as you view it so you can easily enter once you decide on your order or have two windows open and use the copy and paste functions.

BECOMING A PREFERRED CUSTOMER
All visitors to our website may become preferred customers simply by signing up for our Electronic Newsletter/Update. About 4 times a month you will receive notice of new releases and restocked product lines, changes and additions to our web site and other hobby-related news of interest.
Once you sign up you will receive a preferred customer number by return email within 3 business days (usually same day). Use this customer number to receive discounts** on products manufactured by the listed companies and periodic specials available only to preferred customers.

NOTES ON PRICING
We match any price advertised by our USA competitors.
Send us the URL or print copy of any product listing and we will match that price plus offer an additional 5% discount. Items must be in stock here and at the competitor. Excludes sale items and on-line stores/auction sites. Matched prices negate preferred customer discounts. Price matching will only be invoked at time of purchase.

NOTES ON WEBSITE SECTIONS
The New Release page shows releases for the last 90 days in all product categories while the Upcoming Releases page lists products that will be released in the future. These products are offered for pre Orders at savings of 10% to 25%. See our Preferred Customer page for information on preorders.
The Website Update page lists all additions and changes to our site over the last 90 days.
