About The Products We Sell
We have attempted to offer a wide variety of styles and manufactures of toy soldiers, figure kits and historical miniatures. We feel our product lines are the best available on the market today. Every effort is made to keep all listed items in stock at all times but please keep in mind that many of the companies we carry are small independent manufacturers and many items are handmade to order. The same is true for plastic toy soldiers (including recasts), most of which are manufactured by small companies in small quantities. We are at the mercy of our suppliers and in some instances this can cause a delay of anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks (or more in extreme circumstances) in shipment of your order. In this case you will be notified of the expected delay and you will not be charged until the item is shipped. In-stock items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of receipt of order if paid by money order or credit card.

Our Mail-order Policy
In the event an item is out of stock we will automatically place it on back order and send you a card notifying you of the expected delivery date. In-stock items will ship immediately in most cases. We keep all back orders active for 60 days and will send them post-free within that time period. If you do not wish us to back order out-of-stock items, please notify us upon receipt of notification or at the time you place the order.
